On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Digital Marketing/CRM Coordinator to join their growing home improvement business. You will manage content, video, and marketing automation strategies—while leading LinkedIn Advertising and email campaigns to deliver measurable ROI. This role involves driving both paid and organic results through digital campaigns, content posting, video editing, and social engagement, supported by hands-on coaching and a structured 12-month roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Outreach & Advertising
  1. Execute LinkedIn outreach using approved templates and Scott’s DM strategy (connection requests, follow-ups, responses).
  2. Manage and update the LinkedIn company page with case studies, project updates, and video clips.
  3. Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Advertising campaigns (targeting, creatives, segmentation, budget management).
  4. Conduct A/B tests, track KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROI), and recommend improvements to maximize lead quality.


  • Email Marketing & Campaigns
  1. Support setup, segmentation, and sending of email campaigns (newsletters, lead magnet follow-ups, nurture sequences).
  2. Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and suggest optimization strategies.
  3. Coordinate with the team to improve list quality and engagement.
  4. Use tools such as Apollo or Mailchimp for execution and tracking.


  • Content Creation & Social Media Management
  1. Repurpose video content into short-form, high-impact assets using Canva, CapCut, Quso.ai, or Captions.ai.
  2. Create branded graphics, banners, and templates for posts.
  3. Maintain a publishing calendar aligned with brand messaging and content themes.
  4. Manage community engagement on LinkedIn (comments, reactions, prospect interactions).


  • CRM, Lead & Campaign Management
  1. Log outreach, ad, and email interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  2. Assist with managing lead follow-ups and nurturing sequences.
  3. Support placement of lead magnets and coordinate related campaigns.
  4. Ensure alignment between campaign execution (LinkedIn + email) and CRM tracking.


  • Reporting, Optimization & Ad Hoc Support
  1. Track and report on ROI for LinkedIn Ads and email campaigns, plus overall engagement and lead metrics
  2. Provide weekly updates on wins, challenges, and next steps.
  3. Collaborate with client and coaching teams to refine strategies.
  4. Assist with one-off marketing tasks (research, data entry, troubleshooting content issues) and provide flexible support during campaign peaks.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including proven success in achieving ROI in LinkedIn Advertising and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn campaign manager, email marketing platforms 
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut (or similar), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written English skills with a professional tone.
  • Familiarity with Zapier is a plus (training can be provided).



Working Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time
