Digital Marketing Specialist (Managerial Position with Team Leadership Responsibilities)

Responsibilities:

1. Omni-channel Content Operations: Manage the company’s owned media portfolio (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, and other international social platforms), including topic ideation, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility;

2. Product Marketing Support: Assist in go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including updating website content and creating sales enablement materials;

3. Digital Marketing & Advertising: Independently manage SEM campaigns to optimize ROI; collaborate with external service providers on SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings;

4. Website Management: Maintain official website content, ensuring accuracy and SEO best practices;

5. Community Management: Operate industry-focused communities, driving lead conversion through targeted content;

6. Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate online and offline events (exhibitions, webinars, seminars), responsible for theme development, process design, and vendor coordination to ensure successful outcomes;

7. Marketing Systems Management: Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and SCRM tools (e.g., JingDigital) for comprehensive lead nurturing;

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher;

2. Proven knowledge and experience in branding, marketing, social media, and advertising;

3. Strong brand strategy and creative skills;

4. Familiarity with major social platform algorithms, strong analytical thinking, sensitivity to trending topics, proactive in identifying emerging trends, and a continuous innovation mindset;

5. Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of commitment, and effective team management skills.
