Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies for clients across diverse industries.
  • Oversee the performance and productivity of marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide strategic input for brand positioning, campaign optimization, and revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Manage client onboarding, performance reporting, and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Campaign Management
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices, content optimization, and analytics tracking.
  • Drive innovation and testing in campaign approaches to improve ROI and client outcomes.
  • Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital marketing team (designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers).
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and performance-driven work culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for clients and senior management.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to measure and optimize campaign success.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in an agency management or leadership role.
  • Proven success managing client accounts and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with business development and client acquisition in a digital agency.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing platforms.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
