Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated team player to help us connect with property buyers, sellers, and brokers, while supporting our digital marketing efforts. This role blends client interaction with campaign execution to help grow our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Qualify leads and match them with the right property or agent
• Set appointments for viewings and consultations
• Keep client and property info updated in our CRM
• Work closely with brokers and sales to close deals
• Follow up with leads and help turn them into clients
• Assist in email, Viber, SMS, and remarketing campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field.
• Has background in sales, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
• Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written.
• Goal-driven, persistent, and excellent at handling objections and follow-ups.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in learning new tools and trends.
