Description

1. Multi-Platform Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Strategize and post engaging content that aligns with brand values and marketing goals
  • Actively monitor comments, group chats, and DMs to foster strong community engagement
  • Stay updated on platform trends and algorithms to ensure content relevance

2. Content Strategy, Planning & Calendar Execution

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars for social media, campaigns, and activations
  • Plan content formats, hooks, and creative direction in line with strategic objectives
  • Coordinate with design and creative teams for production of visuals, reels, and stories
  • Ensure timely publishing across platforms and seamless alignment with marketing milestones

3. Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Create original multimedia content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and ad copy—copywriting is considered a strong edge
  • Adapt content based on platform nuances and audience behaviors

4. Paid Advertising & Budget Management

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Monitor and adjust ad spending through budget liquidation and reallocation strategies
  • Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing for continuous improvement
  • Track and report on CPM, CPR, CTR, ROAS, and conversion-related KPIs

5. Analytics, Reports & Insights

  • Track, interpret, and report on digital campaign performance weekly and monthly
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and KPI benchmarks
  • Support performance-driven decision-making across campaigns

6. Lead Generation & Conversion Support

  • Execute targeted lead generation campaigns via paid and organic digital channels
  • Extract, organize, and deliver leads to the sales team for follow-through
  • Align strategies with sales goals to improve lead-to-conversion ratios

7. AI Chat Automation & Response Handling

  • Use automation tools integrations to manage smart replies
  • Design and optimize chatbot flows for customer queries, pre-qualifications, and lead capture
  • Maintain timely and accurate digital communication through social media and web chat

8. Digital Communication Tools: Email & SMS Marketing

  • Create and execute email and text blast campaigns to nurture leads, promote offers, or drive engagement
  • Use tools to manage contact lists and campaign flows
  • Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions to improve communication strategies
  • Ensure message consistency across email, SMS, and social platforms

9. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and innovation opportunities
  • Recommend creative and strategic adjustments to maintain digital competitiveness

10. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, After-sales, Design, and Events teams for aligned marketing efforts
  • Support product launches, activations, and promotions with full-funnel digital strategy
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution across all digital touchpoints


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance analytics
  • Skilled in email and SMS marketing tools
  • Basic photo/video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.
  • Strong copywriting, planning, and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinker with a results-driven approach
  • Passionate about staying updated with digital trends, tools, and performance marketing
