We are looking for a dynamic individual who can wear multiple hats — primarily in Digital Marketing, while supporting Human Resources and Finance functions. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing who is also comfortable handling basic financial and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate is creative, organized and comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Duties (Primary):

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business development goals.
  • Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Facebook Ads), targeting both government and private sector clients.
  • Create engaging and relevant content across the website, social media and email to showcase projects, services and company milestones.
  •  Create visual creatives for online and offline use, including banners, posters, social media graphics and email templates.
  •  Edit and produce short videos for social media marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update website content and assist with SEO optimization.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to build brand awareness and engage industry professionals.
  • Respond to online inquiries, follow up with sales leads and contribute to a positive online brand reputation.
  • Track and report performance of digital campaigns (social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the overall goals of the marketing and business development team.

Finance Support Duties:

  • Assist with data entry for invoices, receipt and basic financial records.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Clerk for marketing-related expenses

 

HR Support Duties:

  • Help coordinate recruitment advertisements and job postings on social media.
  • Maintain basic employee records
  • Assist in recruitment process

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Applicants with experience in Marketing role is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing and content strategy.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills — ability to simplify technical topics into engaging content.
  • Experience using WordPress, Canva and basic graphic or video editing tools is a must
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
