Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in Cubao Quezon City upto 30k


Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.

-3–5 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.

-Deep understanding of platform algorithms and user behavior trends.

-Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns.

-Proven track record in Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns.

-Proficient in ad automation and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads

Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

-Strong copywriting, creative direction, and brand storytelling abilities.

-Skilled in PR/media coordination and influencer collaborations.

-Highly organized, agile, and responsive to fast-paced marketing needs.

-Ability to provide actionable insights to improve marketing tactics and ROI.


Others

-Performs other tasks as may be assigned.


Brief Description of Work and Responsibilities


Social Media Management

-Develop and implement a data-driven content strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram,

TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

-Create monthly content calendars: planning posts, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.

-Align content with brand voice and campaign goals using compelling visuals and storytelling.

-Manage audience engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions within 24 hours.

-Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal design teams for impactful content.

-Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations.

-Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.


Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

-Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok


Ads Manager, and LinkedIn.

-Segment and target audiences; tailor creatives per platform and campaign objective.

-Implement and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, GA4).

-Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, copy, and creatives; analyze metrics and campaign data.

-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align paid and organic efforts.
