Job Description

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to scale our growing e-commerce division. If you excel in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify optimization, and AI-powered marketing, this role is for you.


You will lead performance marketing, improve ROAS, and drive consistent revenue growth across multiple paid advertising channels.

A fast-growing music and arts company offering retail, rentals, lessons, repairs, and a rapidly expanding e-commerce store. We’re looking for a digital marketer who can elevate our brand online, optimize our funnels, and drive measurable results.


What You'll Do

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Scale multi-channel campaigns using advanced targeting and full-funnel strategies.
  • Optimize Shopify products, SEO elements, feeds, and landing pages.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AI SEO platforms, automation tools) for smarter audience targeting and creative optimization.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and create weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads and short-form video content.
  • Conduct A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing and platform best practices.


What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, paid ads, or e-commerce growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and GMC.
  • Shopify experience (feeds, listings, product optimization, funnels).
  • Strong analytics and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience with AI marketing tools or automations.
  • Able to create simple visuals/videos in Canva or CapCut.
  • Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.


Nice to Have:

  • Growth/scaling strategy experience.
  • AI-based targeting and predictive analytics knowledge.
  • Creative storytelling or short-form content skills.
  • SEO or AI-enhanced search optimization.
  • Background in retail e-commerce or DTC.
  • Google/Meta/TikTok certifications (optional).
