Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Strategist. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will analyze web analytics to inform strategy, manage our social media presence, and collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:


Campaign Champion: Design, execute, and oversee digital marketing strategies, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, industry trends, and audience engagement goals.

Social Savvy: Research and apply current social media benchmarks and trends, tailoring strategies to optimize content and achieve maximum reach, engagement, and conversions across platforms.

KPI Mastermind: Develop, refine, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, focusing on metrics that measure engagement (e.g., click-through rates, shares, comments, conversions).

Channel Conductor: Identify and implement the strategic channel mix for each campaign, considering audience demographics, engagement potential, and budget constraints.

Influencer Guru: Possess a strong understanding of Influencer Marketing, identifying and leveraging relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and build deeper connections with target audiences.

Expected KPIs:


  • Increase website traffic by 10% through engaging content and targeted campaigns, focusing on channels with high engagement potential for agency assets
  • Improve social media engagement metrics by 30% (e.g., likes, shares, comments) across all relevant platforms.
  • Increase brand awareness by 30% through strategic influencer partnerships, engaging content, and targeted campaigns across relevant channels.


Key Qualities:


  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Passion for building meaningful connections through storytelling and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.


Bonus points:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
  • Data analysis proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies
  • Experience with social media management tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
