【岗位名称】
渠道运营经理（南美-不含巴西）
【薪资范围】
15k-30k
【岗位职责】
1. 开拓和维护支付合作渠道，制定渠道合作策略，组织渠道对接，优化渠道效果，维护渠道关系等；
2. 管理业务需求，与产品、技术等部门紧密合作，确保业务的需求、问题和改进建议能够得到有效沟通和解决；
3. 对业务管理制度流程等进行培训宣贯，协助解决客户在合作和使用中遇到的问题；
4. 深入研究金融和支付等行业场景，持续更新支付解决方案的制度与流程。
【岗位要求】
1. 3年及以上支付、金融、金融科技或相关领域工作经验，有南美支付渠道运营等相关经验优先；
2. 具有较强沟通表达和跨团队合作能力；
3. 英语和西班牙语能作为日常工作语言；
4. Base南美或可接受海外出差的优先。
