Overview

The Dispositions Manager is responsible for managing and facilitating the sale of properties from our real estate portfolio. This role involves building strong relationships with buyers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth and timely property transactions.

Duties

• Marketing available properties to potential buyers and investor networks, using various platforms and strategies to attract interest.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and investors, fostering long-term partnerships through clear communication.
• Negotiating property sales and contracts to maximize profit margins.
• Coordinating property showings and inspections with buyers, handling scheduling and timely follow-ups.
• Managing the entire transaction process from offer acceptance to closing, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal requirements.
• Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activity, market conditions, and relevant updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ad hoc tasks as needed, supporting team efforts and responding to business needs.

• Proven experience in property marketing, sales, and contract negotiation.
• Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with buyers and investors.
• Ability to coordinate property showings and manage the transaction process from offer to closing.
• Proficient in reporting sales activity and market conditions to stakeholders.
