Description
- Manage and maintain project documentation systems.
- Ensure documents are accurately filed and version-controlled.
- Coordinate with project teams for document submission and review.
- Facilitate access to documents for stakeholders.
- Implement document control policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of document management practices.
- Provide training to staff on documentation processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in document control or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent written communication, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience in data analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage and maintain document control systems, ensure compliance with standards, and facilitate document retrieval.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
