Job Description
- Prepare and transmit documents to relevant parties
- Collect and consolidate documentation from service providers for invoice preparation
- Proofread and review logistics documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with transport and delivery service providers to monitor incoming shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Process and manage all documentation for incoming shipments
- Liaise with the warehouse provider to ensure accurate inventory management, proper storage, and timely order fulfillment
- Create and manage documentation workflows using SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, documentation, or supply chain
- Strong background in logistics coordination
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Knowledgeable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fully onsite in Makati Office
