- Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to gather information and clarify requirements.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure documentation is user-friendly and accessible.
- Assist in developing documentation standards and processes.
- Utilize various tools to manage and publish content.
Requirements
- Job Title: Documentation Staff
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong English language skills, excellent support and time management abilities, data entry proficiency, and superior organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively, strong communication skills.
