Qualifications

• Must be at least a High School graduate.
• With minimum 2 years’ experience as a professional driver.
• Must have a Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code B).
• Preferably skilled in operating forklifts and tow tugs.
• Physically fit and capable of performing loading/unloading duties.
• Must have or be able to secure:

· NAIA Access Pass

· NAIA Airside Driver’s Permit

Job Description

1. Transport & Delivery of Aircraft Parts/Materials

• Safely delivers and picks up aircraft parts, tools, documents, and materials between warehouses, maintenance facilities, customs areas, and the airside.
• Ensures secure handling of sensitive or high-value aircraft components.
• Maintains accurate records of all transported items, including delivery receipts, checklists, and dispatch forms.

2. Loading & Unloading Operations

• Performs efficient loading and unloading of aircraft parts and materials, ensuring proper handling techniques to prevent damage.
• Coordinates with maintenance and logistics personnel to verify item accuracy and completeness during handovers.
• Assists in staging materials needed for aircraft servicing or urgent maintenance tasks.

3. Airside Driving & Compliance

• Operates assigned vehicles strictly following NAIA airside driving rules, Lufthansa safety standards, and airport protocols.
• Uses only designated routes and maintains safe driving behavior within restricted zones.
• Ensures that all required permits, including the NAIA Access Pass and NAIA Airside Driver’s Permit, are active and carried at all times.

4. Equipment Operation (Preferred)

• Operates forklifts, tow tugs, and other ground support equipment when needed and qualified.
• Performs basic equipment inspections before use and reports any abnormalities immediately.

5. Safety, Security & Physical Requirements

• Demonstrates strong situational awareness, especially in high-traffic or aircraft maneuvering areas.
• Ensures security of aircraft parts and materials while in transit.
• Maintains physical fitness to perform lifting, carrying, loading, and other operational tasks.

6. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinates with maintenance, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for timely movement of materials.
• Reports delays, issues, or irregularities to supervisors promptly.
• Maintains clear and professional communication, especially during urgent or time-sensitive transports.
