- Analyze e-commerce account performance data and generate reports.
- Monitor key metrics, identifying trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings and promotions.
- Support strategy development to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Assist in resolving account-related inquiries and issues.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce or account analysis.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and social media platforms like TikTok. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Analyze e-commerce sales data, manage customer relationships, optimize product listings, and assist in marketing strategies.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in an office environment; remote work options may exist.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
