Description

  1. Sales Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce accounts (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports based on platform data.
  • Identify product trends, consumer behavior, and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
  1. Account & Product Optimization:
  • Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and pricing strategies for each product.
  • Provide recommendations for product placement strategies, discounts, and bundling to enhance sales.
  • Ensure that product content (titles, descriptions, photos) is optimized and aligned with platform algorithms.
  1. Campaign & Promotion Management:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and evaluate campaigns.
  • Manage participation in internal e-commerce campaigns such as flash sales, brand days, and payday promotions.
  • Analyze the ROI of each campaign and make recommendations for improvements.
  1. Collaboration with Internal Teams & Platforms:
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain teams, and e-commerce representatives (KAM / PIC from the marketplace).
  • Assist in managing daily communication with the platform regarding promotions, penalties, or technical issues.
  1. Competitor Monitoring:
  • Conduct benchmarking of competitor pricing, promotions, and content strategies to maintain competitiveness.
