Description
- Managing and updating the product catalog on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Website, etc.)
- Ensuring product information (description, price, stock, photos) is accurate and up to date
- Processing incoming orders, monitoring shipping status, and following up as necessary
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Creating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Coordinating with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assisting in the execution of promotions, discounts, and digital marketing campaigns
- Analyzing product performance and providing feedback for sales improvements
Requirements
- Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (any major, preferably familiar with the digital world)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Have an interest in e-commerce, online shops, or marketplaces
- Familiar with using smartphones, computers, and basic applications (WhatsApp, Instagram, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Punctual and highly motivated to learn
- Willing to work with targets and deadlines
