- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Manage relationships with platform partners such as Shopee and Lazada, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
- Oversee the integration of platforms like Shopify and TikTok into the existing sales framework to expand market reach.
- Lead a team in executing lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention and relationship management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt the e-commerce strategy accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–10 years in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Shopify, TikTok, and Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in vendor management and retail sales processes.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in sales and marketing strategies, particularly in e-commerce.
