Your Role:

We need an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist who gets excited about conversion rates and actually knows what makes people click "buy now."

You'll own our entire online marketing game - emails, Shopify store, designs, the works. This isn't a "follow the playbook" job. You'll have real impact and see your ideas come to life.

Fully Remote - Work from anywhere in the Philippines (or world) with reliable internet.

Working Hours - Eastern Standard Time (New York). Core hours 9 AM - 1 PM EST are essential, but we're flexible with the rest. Need to handle life stuff? We get it.

Compensation - The salary range for this role is $1400 - $1800 USD / month

What You'll Do:

Email Marketing (35%) - Run Klaviyo like a pro. Create flows that convert and emails people don't instantly delete.

Shopify Store (30%) - Set up shopify blog pages, help make adjustments to our shopify webstore

Design (20%) - Whip up graphics in Figma that look good and actually work.

AI Content Creation (15%) - Write well with our AI Agent copywriter - understand what makes

What You Need:

• 5+ years in ecommerce marketing (preferably DTC)
• Klaviyo Mastery - will be responsible for setting up all our email flows
• Shopify Expertise - setting up pages
• Figma skills - you don’t need to be a designer, but, you need to know how to work with assets and adjust things
• Writing that doesn't sound like a robot
• A portfolio
• Initiative - we won't micromanage you
