Performs all tasks related to marketing and management of e-commerce platforms. Plays a pivotal role in driving online and offline sales through sales and marketing strategies. Responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers on e-commerce platforms and

offline retail selling.

Studies marketing and e-commerce trends; conceptualizes cohesive marketing promotions for both online and offline channels; management of 3rd party agencies (if any); collating reports on the performance of the marketing promotions and company’s social media accounts; responds to customer queries and comments.


Duties/Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to -

  • Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue for both online and offline.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the online sales channel particularly Tiktok.
  • Conceptualizes and implements marketing calendar both in online and offline channels.
  • Manages company-controlled e-commerce sites, towards achievement of set revenue goals.
  • Studies and shares - with proposed practical applications - marketing and e-commerce trends.
  • Monitors and reports regularly on the performance of all promotional efforts and social media accounts in comparison to the rest of the set KPIs.
  • Responds to customer comments and messages sent and resolves customer complaints quickly.
  • Communicates with customers on on-going brand launches and promotions.
  • Manages relationships with modern trade for promotional support and digital influencers for more brand visibility.
  • Looks out for possible corporate partnerships for collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Performs other duties and tasks that are assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Information Technology or any related field.
  • In-depth knowledge and direct experience in managing the TikTok platform are preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online sales.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, data analysis tools, manage projects
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or related e-commerce software
