Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the administrative team in carrying out daily tasks, including document and archive management.
  • Compile and maintain an accurate and organized information database.
  • Schedule meetings, business travel, and other administrative requirements.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and incoming correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Process claim submissions, invoices, and related financial documents.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as procuring office supplies.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school in Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in administration or a similar position.
  • Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
