Role Description

We're Hiring: E-COMMERCE MANAGER

On-site Makati office and/or Remote set up

Consumer Goods / Direct-to-Consumer

Are you a results-driven E-Commerce professional with a passion for scaling brands in the digital space? We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager based in the Makati, Metro Manila (Philippines) to join our growing team and help lead the charge expanding our consumer business online.

Scope of Works

• Manage and optimize our online stores (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, own website, etc...)
• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive traffic, conversion and sales
• Lead end-to-end digital merchandising, pricing, and promotions
• Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and fulfillment teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of e-commerce experience, ideally in consumer goods or direct-to-consumer (DTC)

• Strong knowledge of Philippine e-commerce platforms and buyer behavior

• Hands-on experience with digital tools (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads)

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
