Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in writing, editing, and optimizing user education-related content, including user guides, operation manuals, frequently asked questions (FAQ), and help center articles;
2. Transform complex product features into clear and understandable text or graphic tutorials to enhance user learning and usage experience;
3. Assist in planning user education thematic content, such as beginner's guides, feature update interpretations, and advanced skills sharing;
4. Participate in the collection and analysis of user feedback, optimizing educational content based on data and feedback;
5. Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of educational content;
6. Stay updated on industry trends and innovative forms of educational content (such as video scripts and interactive tutorials), proposing improvement suggestions.
