Description
- Inputting customer and account data by entering text and numerical information from source documents within deadlines
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priority to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing deficiencies and errors in data, correcting discrepancies where possible and checking output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Applying data program techniques and procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Responding to inquiries for information and accessing relevant files
- Adhering to data integrity and security policies
- Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions
Requirements
- Minimum education of high school/vocational school
- 1 year of experience in the field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Hardworking and responsible
- Able to work both in a team and individually
