Job Description

Electrical Planning and Design

  • Prepare complete electrical designs including layout, single-line diagrams, load computations, and quantity take-offs
  • Ensure all plans are PEC-compliant and adjusted based on site conditions
  • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to finalize and submit drawings

Site Execution and Supervision

  • Supervise installation of electrical systems (power, lighting, auxiliary) from rough-ins to final connection
  • Monitor and guide subcontractor performance against plans and quality standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and update as-built plans as needed

Testing and Commissioning

  • Lead testing and commissioning activities including continuity checks, insulation resistance, and grounding tests
  • Coordinate with third-party testers and ensure complete turnover documentation

Permitting and Coordination

  • Secure necessary permits (MERALCO, city permits) and coordinate energization schedule
  • Communicate and align with utility companies, site supervisors, consultants, and other trades

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of test results, inspection reports, punch lists, and as-builts
  • Ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols and PEC standards in all activities


Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in electrical planning, implementation, and turnover
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with PEC, safety standards, and regulatory processes
  • Strong coordination and reporting skills
