Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a Bingo Technician, you will manage and maintain all aspects of our electronic bingo system

• Set up and maintain all electronic bingo systems, including hardware and software components, terminals, and displays

• Monitor bingo games to ensure they run smoothly, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise

• Ensure the accuracy of electronic bingo cards and sales transactions

• Keep records of game results, financial information, and inventory levels

• Oversee and train other bingo staff members on the electronic system

• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and guidelines

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions

Qualifications:

• Educational background not required
• With experience in audiovisual system maintenance and setup and other machines used in the traditional bingo.
• Willing to work on mall hours and graveyard shifts
• Willing to take rest days that will not fall on weekends
