- Inspects, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical and electrical issues in heavy-duty vehicles.
- Performs routine maintenance, replaces faulty parts, and uses diagnostic tools and software to ensure trucks meet safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoots issues and communicates with drivers and managers.
- Maintains accurate service records and manages parts inventory.
- Operates vehicles to verify repairs.
- Requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and effective communication abilities.
