Description
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine inspection and identify potential problems.
- Perform general repairs such as carpentry, painting, drywall, door repairs, and other building fixtures.
- Identify supplies and materials needed for maintenance and repairs.
- Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of Electrical course or any related vocational courses.
- Experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Must be physically fit.
- Can work well with team or alone.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willing to work in Makati.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
