Description

  • End-to-end processing of employee cases, notices, and memorandum pertaining to disciplinary cases
  • Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of notices
  • Document all employee cases and disciplinary measures
  • Review and update HR policies, procedures and practices to align with current legal requirements
  • Execute compliance requirements mandated by DOLE
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
  • Other tasks may be assigned

Requirements

  • Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related courses.
  • At least 3 solid years' experience in Employee/Labor Relations
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
