Oversee and manage various SMT machine processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to SMT operations.
Conduct regular inspections of PCB assemblies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Create and maintain process documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product orientations and process improvements.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering course graduate
Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in SMT operations.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in SMT machine processes, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
