You’ll be the expert behind smoother workflows, the translator between tech-speak and boardroom buzzwords, and the calm in the storm of a million disconnected tools.

• Charm stakeholders into spilling their business process secrets
• Turn tangled operations into ERP gold (a.k.a. automation and visibility)
• Lead the full ERP implementation ride from kickoff to confetti
• Partner with developers, sales folks, and the occasional spreadsheet addict
• Teach users how to work smarter, not harder (and definitely not the old way)
• Stay on hand post-launch to keep things shiny and optimized

• Speak both fluent “IT” and “Business” without using subtitles
• Have at least 5 years of ERP implementation experience (bonus if you've wrangled Odoo or NetSuite)
• Can break down complex workflows like it’s a Sudoku puzzle
• Know what GAAP, compliance, and “that’s not in scope” mean
• Can keep calm during go-live week and even manage a smile
