Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to learners of various ages and cultural backgrounds.
• Prepare engaging lesson plans and learning materials aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their language development.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and interactive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Apply diverse teaching strategies and educational technologies to enhance learning and student engagement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an ESL teacher.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor teaching approaches to individual learning needs.
• Personal Attributes: Patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about teaching.
• Work Schedule: Evening shift, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
