Job Description
- Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Manage on-site staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Address any issues or last-minute changes during events.
- Ensure events comply with safety and legal regulations.
- Maintain event budgets and handle post-event evaluations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred).
