Event Planning and Coordination:
- Independently oversee the end-to-end management of the company’s offline events, including annual event planning, budget preparation and control, venue selection, guest invitations, and agenda design.
- Coordinate event workflows, covering rule design, page setup, incentive budgeting, user communication, launch scheduling, and project post-mortems.
- Plan diverse event formats aligned with industry trends and company strategy to drive user growth and agent network expansion.
- Develop and execute event marketing plans to enhance brand exposure and customer engagement.
On-Site Execution and Crisis Management:
- Take full responsibility for on-site setup, process execution, guest reception, and handling of emergencies to ensure smooth event delivery and maintain a high standard of client experience.
Event Data Analysis and Post-Event Review:
- Design and track event KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, lead conversion rate, event ROI) and deliver comprehensive performance analysis and review reports.
- Continuously optimize event strategies and processes through data analysis.
- Establish an event data tracking system, deconstruct event ROI, and optimize reusable templates and the event operations hub.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Client Communication:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, commercial, and product teams to ensure events align with the company’s strategic direction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in operations or event planning. Candidates with prior offline event operations experience in the industry are preferred; those who have organized offline financial conferences (e.g., wealth management events, private banking summits, salons, or private board meetings) are a plus.
- Familiar with growth operations and user incentive mechanisms, with experience launching multiple 100+ attendee events from inception to execution.
- Strong logical thinking, resilience under pressure, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in using event scheduling sheets, data dashboards, Excel, Notion, and related tools.
- Experience in event planning and execution within the blockchain industry or related fields is a plus.
