Description

  • Find venues. Research for popup places, contact them and organize the event with founders.
  • After listing the venues, approach them by email or Instagram. Visit there and convince/negotiate for holding our event. Talk to the owner and manager. This is how we do.
  • After finding the venue, almost all the difficult parts were done. Then prepare the events with the sales, logistics, and inventory team. Book Lalamove for ingress and egress etc.
  • We also organize the event monthly overseas. Sometimes we might ask you to fly overseas too but this is advanced level. Don’t worry :) Manila first.

If you have the experience to coordinate the event before and/or if you are a small business owner, this position is a perfect fit for you! Usually most of our positions are hourly based. However, only this position is output based! Currently a lady who has own small business fits this role. She can run her business and she can work on this role anytime she is free. Super flexible job since it’s output based.

Requirements

  • super high quality of communication skill
  • Practices good business-to-business and business-to-customer communications
  • Minimum one year experience in the related field
  • Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
  • Experience as the business owner or freelancer (experience on executing by yourself) is a plus
  • Salary and setup
  • 30k~75k pesos, Starting output based.
  • Part time / Full time
  • Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.
  • Flexibility for hybrid work but work will be mainly onsite in the first months
