• Prepare and conduct networking sessions, seminars and business meetings.

• Leading offline events, creating interactive moments.
• Working with feedback and evaluating the success of events for further improvement.
• Interacting with guest speakers, partners and other organizers.

Requirements:

• Experience in events, public speaking or meeting facilitation.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Experience in networking clubs, business communities or educational projects as a plus.
• Skills in moderating discussions and audience management.
• Stress tolerance, accountability, and the ability to respond quickly to change.
• Willingness to travel (if necessary).
