Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Assist in project management and event planning.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support executive functions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with project management tasks.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
