Description

  • Responsible for administrative support, involvement in strategic planning, project management & operational coordination with the President /CEO. Acts as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders. Conducts research to provide data analysis to support decision-making. 
  • Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically required for a strategic executive assistant that we are looking for:
  • Calendar, Time, and Personal Finance Management: 
  • Manage the executive's schedule, prioritize meetings, optimize time allocation and handles monthly finance report with top confidentiality. 
  • Project Management: 
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing projects, often working with other teams or departments.
  • Strategic Planning: 
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and help the executive develop and implement business strategies.
  • Research and Analysis: 
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Communication: 
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, manage correspondence, and prepare reports. 
  • Travel Coordination: 
  • Plan and organize business and personal travel, hotel and restaurant reservations for the CEO. Managing itineraries and accommodations.
  • Meeting Preparation: 
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Confidentiality: 
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Special Projects: 
  • Assist with special projects as needed, which may involve working with other executives or departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication or other related field
  • At least two (2) years of proven experience in a similar role preferably supporting senior executives
  • Has strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Mandarin or Fookien speaking is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel
  • Knowledge in project management tools like CRM, Cloud Services, SAP, MS SAAS is an advantage.
  • Must possess a strong personality in facing hurdles & operational challenges 
  • Must be experienced in Business Writing
