Position Title: Executive Assistant to the Directors 

Department: Executive Office 

Reports To: Managing Director / Company Directors 

Employment Type: Full-time/Part time 

Location: Remote 


Job Summary: 


As the Executive Assistant to the Directors at both Elevate Support Care and ReadyNest, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting the primary Director, Abhinav Gupta, while also providing administrative assistance to the Co-Director, Poonam Agarwal. The position ensures that both directors receive comprehensive and timely support, with a primary focus on managing Abhinav’s communications, priorities, and day-to-day tasks. 


Key Responsibilities: 


Director Support for Abhinav Gupta: 

  • Primarily assist Abhinav Gupta by managing his emails for both ReadyNest and Elevate Support Care. 
  • Ensure all of Abhinav’s emails are drafted and prepared for his review, sitting in drafts until he approves and sends them out. 
  • If any emails remain unsent for more than 24 hours, follow up either verbally or in writing to ensure they are cleared out by the end of the day. 

Support for Poonam Agarwal: 

  • Assist Poonam Agarwal with tasks as needed, while recognizing that Poonam manages her own emails. The focus remains on Abhinav’s inbox for email coordination. 

Asana Coordination and Task Management: 

  • Oversee and update Asana tasks, ensuring that all executive duties for both directors are tracked and communicated clearly. 
  • Act as a liaison to ensure smooth information flow between the directors and the rest of the team. 

Communication and Follow-Up: 

  • Regularly follow up on pending items, ensuring that no tasks or emails are left unattended. 
  • Clear out any pending drafts or unresolved communications by the end of each workday or within a 24-hour window, ensuring that Abhinav is up to date on all necessary correspondence. 


Ideal Candidate Profile: 


The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of communications. Familiarity with Asana and strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to support both directors while prioritizing Abhinav’s needs.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. 
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup.
