Description

The role of an Athena Executive Partner (XP) is limitless. 


There isn’t a ‘one description fits all’ as the role is wonderfully varied based on our clients’ needs. Athena XPs, in addition to the below day-to-day requirements, have planned weddings, organized dinner parties, forged new friendships and business relationships, developed new skills like web design, and produced podcasts - and that’s just to name a few. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR YOUR CLIENT:

  • Goal prioritization: Manage goals and priorities for maximum impact
  • Time maximization: Optimize calendar management and streamline scheduling
  • Holistic growth planning: Craft strategies for personal and professional advancement
  • Relationship management: Build rapport with your client’s network and team
  • Impactful communications: Create compelling presentations, reports, and social media content
  • Exceptional support: Consistently aim to exceed expectations in addressing every client need

Requirement

  • Graveyard shift-ready: Preferably experienced in working on PH night shift
  • Tech-proficient: Well-versed in Google Suite, productivity tools, and project management apps
  • Excellent communicator: Fluent and articulate in English, both verbal and written
  • Highly dependable: Trustworthy, resourceful, and skilled at tackling complex problems
  • Impact-driven: Passionate about helping others succeed
  • Committed to growth: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Socially perceptive: Can build strong relationships and navigate challenging situations with emotional intelligence
