We seek a Factory General Manager to lead our semicon manufacturing facility's operations and management in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of operations at the manufacturing site in the Philippines
• Develop and execute production plans to improve operational efficiency, including processes related to export activities
• Lead and develop local staff, ensuring effective management and talent development
• Promote and implement quality control initiatives, including ISO compliance and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with overseas offices to enhance product quality and strengthen the overall production system
• Manage and implement maintenance plans for production equipment and facilities
• Monitor and control production costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Handle all other duties associated with the overall factory operations

• Experience in a management position in the manufacturing industry (5+ years as factory manager, production manager, etc.).
• Knowledge of ISO9001/14001,5S
• Ability to make decisions from a management perspective
• Experience in Cost reduction (cost management), meeting deadlines, etc.
• On-site leadership skills, experience managing a workplace of 100+ people

Interview: 1st interview and 2nd interview with Japanese

Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm

Will be issued a company car (with driver): Common service vehicle with the Production Manager
