Kamilas4am is a startup that is growing rapidly. We need someone who can enjoy this journey while catching up on the speed of the founders. This job is not for everyone and if you are looking for a 9am-5pm corporate job, this is not the place. Please, don’t apply.

Our concept is “clothes should fit us. Not the other way around.” We need someone who can find the best fitting clothes for our clients during the events. As you know, we have unique sizing. During the events, we need someone who can friendly approach our clients and find clothes for them together.

Don’t worry! Only thing you need is charming and humbleness. No need for a fashion industry background at all! If you had an experience as a small business owner, assistant of a business owner or freelancer maybe good for this position. Because you better know how business owners Mimi and Harry run the event!


Job description

  • Stand the booth when we have the event and friendly talk to our clients as Mimi and Harry do.
  • Make booth or popup place always presentable to keep Etsuka vibes right 
  • Help out on sales and photo/video documentation during the event and manage inventory.
  • Introduce Etsuka items to our new clients.
  • Prepare events.


Salary and setup

  • 30k~70k pesos, Starting with hourly-based salary. Can be output based.
  • Part time / Full time
  • Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.
  • onsite only (no online)

Hi! If you had the experience as the business owner, freelancer or store manager you might fit this role! Currently we have two wonderful sales ladies who can talk friendly to our clients. They work hard while we had the events but on the off days, they enjoy spending time with family and kids too. Nice jobs for mom who is looking for a unique but meaningful career! Part time or weekend only is also welcome!


Requirements

  • Charming is the only requirement for this position. If you are charming and humble enough, our clients love you.
  • Be able to stand whole day
  • Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
  • Be able to work with founders smoothly and fast
  • Experience as the business owner or freelancer (experience on executing by yourself) is a plus
