Provides support to Agents, Corporate partners and domestic and international branches, by taking care of their needs proactively, anticipating what will be asked and delivering the response beforehand. Administer and provide the needed services to the customers' unique requirements following the established applicable set of operating procedures tailed based on the requirements. The Money Backroom Support Associate shall take advantage of evaluating customers' needs and wants and recommends necessary improvements that will promote better services.
Represents the company and is in charge of directly coordinating with designated representatives of remittance corporate clients, Agent Partners and Merchants concerning any problem on remittance transaction such as, but not limited to delivery completion, encashment, crediting to bank accounts or to merchants' accounts and the like.
Handles efficiently remittance and payment collection complaints that are elevated to more defined action, in collaboration with Customer Care Management, and provide applicable resolution within the agreed Service Level.

Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business/Marketing (Non - Nego)
At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience in the related field. (Non - Nego)
At least 8 months of experience in Customer Service Representative (Non - Nego)
Computer Literate
Accountancy Software (Sap, QuickBooks)
MS Office Tools (MS Excel)
