基本職責與任務
- 準備準確及及時的管理財務報告和財務報表。
- 簡化和自動化會計工作流程和程序。
- 準備銀行和董事會報告資料包。
- 準備複雜的帳戶對帳。
- 使用Excel進行廣泛的數據分析。
- 協助年度外部審計，包括附註準備。
- 審查現有的會計政策和程序，並提出強化控制、簡化及自動化程序的建議。
- 協助系統遷移和整合項目。
- 協助創建內部團隊培訓材料和知識庫。
- 協助處理信用卡退費事宜，這需要收集數據並正式化回應。
- 協助處理非高峰期的資金清理請求。
- 每月準備初步的帳戶對帳。
- 每週進行應收賬款調查。
- 管理公司的應付賬款。
- 將庫存添加至追蹤器/總賬。
- 協助進行臨時會計調查。
