Job Description
詐騙風險與支付專員負責監控客戶帳戶， 調查詐騙/非法活動。這是一個關鍵角色，以確保所有交易和客戶信息的合法性。
職責/功能：
- 實時處理聊天和電子郵件
- 監控詐騙警報並提供數據分析支持，以解決問題並引導詐騙恢復流程
- 審查和驗證客戶發送的文件的準確性和真實性
- 回應有關部門流程更新和報告的電子郵件。
- 監控客戶活動，包括協助識別詐騙活動或濫用行為
- 根據既定標準和程序審查和處理升級的交易
- 與其他部門就詐騙預防和合規性進行溝通
- 通過可用的通信工具與對其帳戶、存款及網站有疑慮的玩家互動。
- 每日進行玩家最高提款分析
- 發送班次報告和升級事項
- 識別行為模式並根據風險情景進行分類
- 創建和維護每日執行的所有損失預防和詐騙調查活動的報告
- 根據玩家的遊戲交易或其實際金錢交易，協助和審查玩家的存款和提款
