Job Description
欺诈风险与支付专员 负责监控客户账户， 调查欺诈/非法活动。这是一个关键角色，确保所有交易和客户信息的合法性。
职责/职能：
- 实时处理聊天和电子邮件
- 监控欺诈警报并提供数据分析支持，以引导欺诈恢复流程
- 审核并验证客户发送的文件的准确性和真实性
- 回复关于部门流程更新和报告的电子邮件。
- 监控客户活动，包括协助识别欺诈活动或滥用行为
- 按照既定标准和程序审核和处理升级的交易
- 与其他部门沟通，涉及欺诈预防和合规
- 与对其账户、存款以及网站有疑虑的玩家进行交流，使用可用的沟通工具。
- 每日进行玩家最高提款分析
- 发送班次报告和升级事项
- 识别行为模式，并根据风险场景进行分类
- 创建并维护所有损失预防和欺诈调查活动的日报告
- 协助审核玩家的存款和提款，基于他们的游戏交易或根据他们账户的实际货币交易
