Role: Billing Assistant

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Davao, Cebu

Schedule: Night Shift

We’re seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team and support the accurate and timely preparation of client invoices. This role does not require prior legal billing experience — we’re looking for someone detail-oriented, capable, and eager to learn. The right candidate will play a key role in ensuring attorney time entries and fees are billed properly, consistent with firm standards and client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review attorney time entries for accuracy, spelling, grammar, capitalization, and compliance with firm billing rules.
  • Ensure time entries are complete, properly categorized, and reflect the correct billing descriptions.
  • Work closely with attorneys and staff to clarify or correct time entries as needed.
  • Prepare draft and final invoices for review and submission.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all billing-related data.
  • Follow established processes and firm-specific guidelines with high attention to detail.
  • Learn and adapt to firm billing systems and procedures quickly.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow directions, manage deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Excellent written English, including spelling and grammar.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, or similar tools).
  • Willingness to learn legal billing software and firm-specific rules.
  • Previous experience in billing, data entry, or administrative work is helpful but not required.


Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow directions, manage deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Excellent written English, including spelling and grammar.
