We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our growing finance team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing various financial functions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing valuable support to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 

Invoice & Payment Management:  

Create and issue service invoices and receipts to clients and vendors in a timely and accurate manner. 

Monitor and follow up on unpaid invoices to ensure timely payments, escalating issues when necessary. 

Send payment notifications to vendors and track payment status. 

Purchase Orders & Vendor Management:  

Create and manage purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. 

Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth payment processing and resolve any payment discrepancies. 

Accounting & Financial Reporting:  

Prepare DVF (Disbursement Voucher Form) in Anaplan and QBO (QuickBooks Online) to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments. 

Draft and assist with the preparation of BIR Tax Returns for filing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely submission. 

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budget reconciliations. 

Cash Flow & Fund Management:  

Prepare and monitor the rolling cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations. 

Assist with fund transfers and monitor financial transactions to ensure smooth operations. 

Asset Management:  

Oversee asset tagging, monitoring, and inventory control to ensure accurate tracking of company assets. 

Conduct regular audits of company assets and update records accordingly. 

Process Improvement:  

Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. 

Additional Finance Support:  

Provide administrative support for various finance-related activities as needed. 

Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior finance leadership. 

Qualifications: 

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,  or a related field. Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus. 

Experience:  

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a similar role within a corporate environment. 

Familiarity with financial software and tools, including Anaplan, QuickBooks Online (QBO), or other accounting platforms. 

Experience with BIR tax filing and other regulatory compliance is a plus. 

Skills & Competencies:  

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. 

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and documentation. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. 

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and external vendors. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Work Arrangement: Must be amenable to working onsite
