Description

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. This role involves supervising a team, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned to Western Bicutan, Taguig City
